The Downtown Frederick Partnership is in need of 3 judges for this weekend’s First Saturday. Almost 20 merchants are participating in a window-decorating contest and they need some creative eye’s to judge them!
Judging can take place anytime between the 4th and the 7th and must be completed by 9m on the 7th.
